2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter.

Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The ClutchKicks Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on August 7th, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time ("PT") on November 2, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All eligible entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to qualify. Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be void. The Sponsor's designated timekeeping system is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

A. Entry via Purchase

Eligible participants may receive sweepstakes entries by purchasing eligible merchandise from the Sponsor’s website during the Sweepstakes Period. The number of entries received will correspond to the offer associated with the purchased merchandise.

Entries received via purchase are considered bonus entries.

B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — No Purchase Necessary

To enter without making a purchase, participants must handwrite their full name, complete mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3" x 5" card or paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to:

Each properly submitted mail-in entry will receive 5 entries for free entry submissions.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received before the drawing date.

No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded during the Sweepstakes.

The Grand Prize consists of a 1999 Honda Civic EK with an Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Ten Thousand U.S. Dollars (US $10,000.00).

The ARV represents the Sponsor's good-faith estimate of the prize's retail value at the time these Official Rules are published. The actual market value may vary based on market conditions and other factors. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted by the winner, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion or as otherwise required by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, title, registration, licensing, insurance, transportation, and any other costs or expenses associated with accepting, taking possession of, and using the prize, unless otherwise expressly stated by the Sponsor.

The prize will be awarded as is, without any warranties or guarantees, express or implied, except as may be provided by applicable law.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted live by the Sponsor following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.

The winner will be notified via email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry.

The selected winner must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Be a legal resident of the eligible region

  • Comply with all Official Rules

  • Respond within five (5) calendar days of notification

Failure to respond within five (5) days may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless ClutchKicks.co and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries

  • Technical errors or malfunctions

  • Website or server interruptions

  • Human or technical errors in administration

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located within the State of Texas.

12. Winner List
